Description
- This is another relatively short and easy hole where pars are common and birdies are not rare.
- The hole has two intended landing areas. One about 200 yards from the back tee with a sand bunker to catch drives longer than 210 yards. Another landing area, 240 yards from the tee box, is right of the sand bunker partially behind a group of trees lining the right side of the fairway.
- Long hitters can easily clear the trees to reach the landing area and will be rewarded with only short approach shots to a small green which is guarded by a front right sand bunker. However, drives a bit too far right may end up behind a lychee tree standing just on the right edge of the fairway.
- The bunker has a beautiful lychee fruit tree in the middle. Unlucky shots landing behind the tree will not have clear shots to the pin.
- The green has a moderate slope with easy pin placements in the front and middle parts but more difficult ones toward to upper left side.
- On this hole it is better to approach the green short than long and try to avoid the green side bunker at all cost.
